Standard Fiberglass
This is the most popular choice for flyscreens and flyscreen doors in Australia. It’s made from fiberglass strands coated in PVC, making it strong, flexible, and easy to live with.
Strength Rating:
Comes standard in Flydoors, Diamond Grille Doors, and Window Flyscreens.
Technical Details:
- PVC coated fibreglass mesh
- 0.25mm diameter yarn
- 18 × 14 strands per inch
- Doesn’t kink or dent – can be pulled very tight for optimal visibility and a flat presentation.
- Versatile – suits almost all door or window frames
- Affordable – cheapest and easiest to replace
- Visibility – allows good two-way visibility
- Durability – will not rust, rot, shrink, or stain (but can be torn by pets or children)

Visibility Plus
Designed for maximum visibility and airflow – perfect for homes with scenic views. The mesh is fine enough to appear almost like glass.

- 15% more visibility than standard fibreglass mesh

Enclosure Plus
High-strength polyester mesh for large doors, high-traffic areas, or locations requiring extra durability. Ideal for very large openings as it avoids joins.

- Appearance – may appear wavy as it doesn’t stretch like fiberglass or polyester
